Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days this is if the security tag is not broken or removed on the product. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we do not offer you a refund or exchange.
If faulty goods are found within 30days you can have a full cash refund, after 30 days this will be a repair or replacement.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please note all off our items are shipping with recorded delivery and the cost of the item is insured due to loss, in the event of you having to return your item postage will have to be paid by yourself to send the item back.
